I offer an objective perspective that differs from your relationship with coworkers, friends and family.
Our most important relationship is with ourselves. Everything in our lives extends from this. If we're not at home within ourselves, we end up outsourcing our inner knowing and self-worth.
Time together will essentially feel like being home, in a welcoming space with no shame or guilt and I will encourage you to speak freely by staying curious about you and asking you some thought provoking, and what at some points, may feel like difficult questions.
I look forward to the opportunity to partner with you as you chart your own path home to the place within you where thriving and fulfillment exists.
Sessions are currently offered virtually however there is an option to meet in-person with consideration for current government-issued pandemic protocols.
